Due to data protection laws in the UK, BUPA will not send us a copy of the prior approval without your explicit consent.
Upon approval, a copy of the prior approval will be sent to your medical provider, and uploaded into your BUPA MemberWorld portal as well.
Here is how to retrieve it
Step 1. Log into the portal and Select "Claims"
2. Select "Track Claims/Prior Approvals"
Your prior approval should be listed as a url link for download in PDF format.
