What if I misplaced the receipt for the items that is damaged or lost?

The claims assessor will try their best to assess with the given details.

Base on trend we have observed, the insurers may impose additional depreciation when the original receipts are not produced for claims assessment. They will usually ask for details of each item as such :

- Brand

- Model

- Date of purchase

- Country of Purchase

- Location of Purchase i.e. Store's name, district

- Cost of item

If you could provide the above upfront, it will really help the insurer to expedite your claims assessment.
