BUPA will not pay for terminations as per the Birth control exclusions of their plans - any type of contraception, sterilisation, termination of pregnancy or family planning.
However,
- if the member has the "New Born" Care benefit.
The cost for eligible treatments to treat a newborn will be payable from newborn care benefit.
- if the member has the "Health Screening" benefit.
The cost for eligible Zika virus screening will be paid for.
