If you've recently received medical treatment and need to file for reimbursement with BUPA Global, we've got you covered. Here are the steps you can take to ensure a smooth and hassle-free reimbursement process in order of ease. 


1. Upload the bills to the Membersworld portal or the Mobile app: This is the fastest and most convenient way to get your claims assessed. You don't need to print forms - simply take a picture and upload it. You can track the progress and go over the outcome easily. If you need help navigating the portal or app, we have a guide available to assist you.


2. Email us your receipts: If you prefer to email us your receipts, you can download a copy of the claim form from our website and complete it, including your bank details and the diagnosis of the treatment. Attach a clear scan of your receipts and email the completed form and attachments to our team at hello@asktic.com. Please note that this method is intended only for BUPA Global Members under the care of The Insurance Concierge.


Tips for a smooth reimbursement process: We've noticed that some common issues contribute to delays in the reimbursement process. These include blurred or partial scans or pictures of the invoices, and medical provider's details being concealed by credit card slips stapled to the letterhead. If you choose to email us the claims forms, please ensure that you include all necessary bank details and diagnosis to avoid any delays in assessment and payout.

  • Just so you know, this means of filing is only available to BUPA Global Members under the care of The Insurance Concierge, as BUPA does not offer us access to claims filing for members not within our portfolio.
