Ways to Secure a Response 

Listed in order of urgency


1. Calling the Pre-authorisation team. 

  • Expected response time: Usually within one hour.

2. Using the MembersWorld website or mobile App. 

  • Expected response time: Usually within 48 hours.     
  • A guide to navigating the portal is included at the end of this article.  


3. Submitting an Email Request 

  •  Expected response time: Usually within 48-72 hours. 
  • Email Address: pre-authorisation@bupa-intl.com / Copy: hello@asktic.com  
  • Please include the following details in your email:  
    • Your BUPA membership number  
    • Treatment date
    • Doctor's report or memo detailing
      • Symptom onset date
      • Diagnosis (if known)
      • Treatment required
      • Supporting Lab reports (if any)
